CATERING REQUESTS

Catering Request Requirements:

Please send all catering requests to nduncan@soul-fulltreats.com and include the following:

• Contact Name(s)

• Contact Phone Number(s)

• Contact Email(s)

• Date Requested

• Time Frame Requested

• Location of Event

• Number of People for Event

• Delivery Only or Set up/Serving (Please note: a delivery fee may apply based on distance.  A set up fee/serving fee may also apply based on the time frame needed.)

• Menu items requested (see options below) 

• Budget Allotment

• Please indicate if plates/containers, cutlery/condiments are needed

• Please list any known allergies

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for a catering request. Once request is received, you will be contacted within 24-72 hours via phone/email with a quote.  An invoice will be sent upon agreement between a SOUL-FULL TREATS team member and the contact person. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.  If not already paid in full, the remaining balance will be due the day of, prior to receipt of the order. Cancellations with full refund are permitted if sent via email more than 7 days of the date requested.  NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS will be allowed within 7 days of the date requested.

*Note: If you are within the 3 week requirement and a request is received, we reserve the right to add a rush charge if the request is accepted!

Pound Cake Catering Menu

A minimum of 10 cake orders REQUIRED for all catering requests. 

 **SOUL-FULL TREATS offers a build your own cake bar option.  Interested?!?! Please mention this in your request with the cake flavor(s) that you are interested in.**

Pound cakes sizes include: 2" palmies (quanity of 40 per flavor), 4" onezies (quantity of 6 per flavor), 9" full cakes as well as 3 and 4 tier cakes.

Pound Cake Flavors include: Grandma Kathy's Perfect Pound (original flavor), Big Dre's Kickin' Key Lime, Bold Blueberry Cobbler, Braggin' Blueberry Lemonade, Candid Cookies and Cream, Crackin' Coconut, Gone Bananas, Luscious Lemon, Outlandishly Orange, Phenominal Pineapple Lemonade, Poppin' Pineapple, Quadruple Chocolate, Seductive Strawberry, Slammin' Strawberry Lemonade, Coolin' Cognac (alcohol based), Magnificent Margarita (alcohol based), Riskae' Rose (alcohol based), Slappin' Strawberry Daquiri, Smoooooth Sangria (alcohol based)
